Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping Basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept Visa and Mastercard.We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. Our prices are quoted in Euros and Include Taxes. If your delivery address is outside the EU we will deduct 17.7% of Tax from the goods value of your purchase. However the actual charge to your account will depend on the exchange value your credit card provider gives on the date of the transaction.
Shipping And Handling For deliverys we use 6 different zones (Dublin, Ireland, N.Ireland, UK, EU, USA, Canada) for which we provide costings on-line. Deliverys to countries outside these zones may be organised via email.

For Christmas 2007 all orders, to be delivered to the USA or Canada, must be made prior to December 4th to ensure arrival before the 24th. For deliveries in Europe an order must be received by December 11th, and December 18th from Ireland.
Delivery Schedule We dispatch your order within 24 hours (except free delivery). The following delivery times are expected by our couriers.. Ireland & Nothern Ireland by SDS/Cyclone : Three business days, UK : Five business days. EU Countries Ten business days. Canada and the USA : Twenty One business days.

From the 4th December we are unable to guarantee pre-christmas delivery. Also you will be notified if an item is on back-order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and backorder the item for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A confirmation will be sent to you when the item is back in stock again.
Tax Charges All prices are inclusive of 21.5% VAT. Our VAT registration number is IE 8K 47041M.

Foreign Exchange: We have given indicative goods value in US Dollars, however the actual charge to your account will depend on the exchange value your credit card provider gives on the date of the transaction.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All goods come with a 30-day no quibble policy, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the item. All items returned must be in original state and packing. They must be returned to us by registered post only and insured. We will replace or refund you the full cost including postage. Alternatively you can bring the goods back to our customer service department along with your proof of purchase and we will refund you then. This does not affect your statutory rights.
