Extreme Make-Over unveiled at launch of Clerys new Cosmetic Hall June 2007

Following a €2.2million investment, Clerys department store revealed the results of an  ‘Extreme Make-Over’ today with the launch of its new Cosmetics Hall.  Customers will be forgiven for thinking they are seeing double as the store’s beauty offering has increased in size from 4,000 to 7,500 square foot.

With inviting interactive counters that encourage customers to play with the cosmetics and a team of trained beauty consultants on hand to help choose products that will work best for each skin type, Clerys new Cosmetic Hall is bigger, better and more beautiful than ever before.

Exciting new brands to Clerys Cosmetics Hall include Origins, Benefit, Smashbox and Shisedo together with the fabulously flirty Dianne Brill range of 1940’s inspired cosmetics, which is exclusive to Clerys.  Further enhancing the store’s cosmetics choice, existing brands such as Lancome, Clinique, Clarins, Christian Dior, Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden, H2O+ and Decleor have been given a facelift and injected with a new lease of life.

The Cosmetics Hall also offers a unique concept called Mind, Body and Soul, a department which is home to a select range of organic and natural products, stocking names such as Ren, Neal’s Yard, Burts Bees, Nuxe, Skin Doctors and Dr Hauschka.  While the new Men Only area, which stocks body and fragrance products for men, provides a welcoming environment for male customers to browse uninterrupted at their leisure or avail of advice upon request.  Finally a newly revamped Beauty Room provides customers with the opportunity to indulge in a selection of treatments in the privacy of their own secluded retreat.
