Clerys, O’Connell Street is hosting a special Summer Sunshine Weekend on May 10^th & 11^th to kick start the Summer Season. Shoppers will be treated to fashion shows, free beauty makeovers, lingerie fittings, beauty demonstrations and more with goody bags & special prizes to be won throughout the weekend.

Hosted by TV3’s beauty guru Laura Bermingham there will be two fashion shows a day over the weekend with girls and guys showing Clerys summer fashion and swimwear collections from brands including Desigual, Rene Derhy, Stills, Noa Noa and Karen Millen and for men: Gas, Mexx and Wrangler.

Laura Bermingham will provide expert one on one beauty consultations with the public during the afternoons. Top make-up experts will also hold beauty demonstrations in Clerys Cosmetics Hall throughout the two days: this season’s beauty trends and colours, glamourous evening styles and summer make-up that doesn’t slide. In addition counters including Lancome, Dianne Brill, Smashbox, Clinique and more will be giving free make-up makeovers to shoppers throughout the weekend. Clerys Cosmetic Hall was doubled in size last year after a €2million refurbishment.

Clerys Lingerie department, the largest in Ireland will provide free fittings by their trained expert staff. Le Mystère Lingerie, a celebrity favourite and exclusive to Clerys, will also bring their international fitting expert to the store for the weekend to personally fit shoppers. Clerys lingerie range is vast with brands from Elle McPherson to Lejaby and fabulous summer swimwear from Lepel, Calvin Klein and Ted Baker to name a few is also available and will be seen on the catwalk.
